Jen C. Salyers is a founding member of Context Law. She advises clients in the areas of information technology law and privacy law and has extensive experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts. Jen places a high premium on providing creative and practical advice with experienced, efficient, and cost-effective services. My experience permits my clients to make thoughtful and informed decisions when considering commercial and legal risks.

Jen is an author and guest speaker on Information Technology and related matters. Education and Certifications

Jen earned her J.D., Cum Laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota where she was a member of the Phi Upsilon Omicron National Honor Society.

Jen is CIPP/US data privacy certified.

Jen is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Health Law Section and Computer & Technology Law Section. She is a member of the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association, the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and ChIPs Advancing + Connecting Women in Technology, Law and Policy.
