Jeffrey B. Stites is a founding member of context law. He works exclusively in the areas of information technology law and privacy law, primarily serving healthcare and financial service clients.  Jeff has served as acting general counsel for a Minneapolis-based health information technology company and has previously served on the MN Department of Health’s Minnesota e-Health Health Information Task Force.

Education

Jeff earned his J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota law school along with a master's degree in public affairs from the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute. He earned his undergraduate degree in marine affairs from the University of Miami.

Memberships and Activities

Jeff is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association and is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Computer & Technology Law Section and Health Law Section. Jeff has been designated repeatedly as a "rising star" by Minnesota law & politics.
